(1)RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our prices do not include import tax, such as no customs clearance ability of individuals or companies, please be careful to buy, if unable to clear customs, resulting in customs destruction, our company will not refund

Our satisfaction guarantee is active for 30 days after delivery. We don't support returns and refunds if over 30 days after the delivery.

For returns, please email  shopify@mad-motor.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When the returned item is received by seller and after inspecting, customer will receive a return confirmation email, which notifying about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, the payment will be refunded to the customer's account via credit card or original methods shortly thereafter.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We accept cancellations only within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

(2)PRODUCING:

Due to the handmade process, all orders are processed and complete within 10 working days. Once complete of the production, goods will be shipped within 3 working days. Average shipping times range between 5-10 working days, which depend on your specific location.

(3)Standard Products SHIPPING(Exact time depends on product type and stock availability)

When will I get my order?

We will ship the goods via DHL and offer you the tracking number after shipment.

After the production and packaging of the order are completed, we will ship according to the address you provided. We shall commit about delivery time to you as table below region：

Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, material shortages, or force majeure events. We will notify you if such cases occur.
