Please allow up to 5 business days for your Product Return to be received, tested, processed, and completed.

Return Policy and Guidelines

New and Unopened Products

We offer a 30-day return policy on all new and unopened products, starting from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Packaging must be intact, and warranty seals must not be broken. Proof of condition (photos or video) may be required.

If a product is returned in used or damaged condition, or with missing parts, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Motors (Drone & FPV Motors)

All motors sold by us are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. If an issue occurs within 30 days, we will exchange the defective motor. If the product is unavailable or discontinued, a store credit may be issued. Motors with physical damage, improper installation, modifications, or abuse are not eligible for return or credit. Please ensure that all motor screws are the correct length before use. MAD holds the right to refuse any products which have been deemed to be damaged by the customer and not related to a manufacturer issue.

Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs)

ESCs are covered under a 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects only. This policy does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation, user error, modifications, power surges, electrical shorts, fire, or water damage. We recommend thoroughly testing all components before supplying power.

Propellers

Propellers are covered by a 15-day warranty for manufacturer defects. Damage caused by crashes, improper installation, or general wear and tear is not covered.

Batteries

Batteries are covered by a 15-day warranty for dead on arrival (DOA) and manufacture defects. Excludes all batteries that show signs of misuse, overcharging, impact damage, or water damage. All battery returns must be approved by MAD via an emailed image of defective battery to shopify@mad-motor.com, Upon approval please dispose of the damaged battery in a safe manner and the exchange or credit will be issued.  

Return Process

Submit a Return/Exchange request online or by contacting our support team.

If the return is due to a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is for an unused and unwanted product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Products requiring detailed testing may take up to 7–14 business days.

Upon approval, an exchange or store credit will be issued.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for used or damaged products that are not manufacturer defects.

Reimbursement for return shipping covers postage only and does not include packing materials.

              1. Scope

              These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our store. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

              2. Orders & Contract

              A purchase contract is formed once you complete checkout and payment. Product images and specifications are provided for reference; minor updates or variations may occur.

              3. Pricing & Payment

              Prices include product cost but may exclude shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable). You confirm that all payment information you provide is accurate and authorized for use.

              4. Shipping & Delivery

              Orders are shipped via the available logistics options shown at checkout (e.g., DHL Express or other carriers). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, destination, or logistics delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

              5. Returns & Refunds

              You may request a return or refund within 30 days after receiving the product. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return; we will provide the return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition unless the issue is a manufacturing defect. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

              6. Product Issues & Liability

              If the item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We may offer repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the situation. We are not liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or any indirect losses associated with the use of our products.

              7. Intellectual Property

              All product descriptions, images, and content on our website are owned by us and may not be used without permission. Product specifications may be updated without prior notice.

              8. Governing Law

              These terms are governed by the laws of our business location. Any disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they may be submitted to a competent court.
